Power Reader is a reading enhancement tool that visually boldens portions of text on web pages to improve readability. It does not collect, store, transmit, or share any user data.
Power Reader operates entirely on-device, in your browser. The extension modifies the visual styling of text on web pages you visit by boldening the first half of each word. All processing happens locally. No data leaves your device.
The only data stored locally is a single preference: whether the extension is enabled or disabled. This setting is stored in your browser's local storage and never leaves your device.
Power Reader does not use any third-party services, SDKs, or APIs.
Power Reader does not knowingly collect any personal information from anyone, including children under the age of 13.
If this privacy policy is updated, the revised version will be published alongside the corresponding extension update. Continued use of Power Reader after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
